Refund Policy

Software products sold on are licensed and delivered electronically.

Refunds will be honored if our products do not function correctly, as described on our site. You must first contact our support team to resolve any installation issues. We setup specific personal demos of our software prior to purchase to ensure that you have tried and tested the products thoroughly before making a purchase decision.

If your hosting account does not properly support ioncube loaders (like GoDaddy) or has some other server misconfiguration which doesn’t allow our software to work correctly, your refund request will not be acceptable. We have mentioned the server requirements on the product pages and you need to setup your site on a hosting server/package that meets those requirements.

Refund requests, if permissible, will only be allowed for a period of 30 days after your initial purchase date. You can send us an email at [email protected] to request a refund.
