Ticket acknowledgement and initial response shall be sent within 6 hours. Thereafter, our support team will liaise with you on priority to seek necessary information for resolving the issue. The actual time taken to resolve the issue will depend on the nature and complexity of the problem. However, our support team will be in constant touch with you over email, Skype and Phone, if required to ensure the fastest possible resolution.
